Juliana Kainga is the Vice-Chairperson at ESAK. She is the Senior Business Development Manager at Enel Green Power, a renewable energy company that manages and operates more than 1,200 power plants across the globe and has 50 GW of renewable energy capacity installed. Her role at Enel entails leading origination and acquisition efforts in East and West Africa. She has previously worked at General Electric (GE) in different regions, including Eastern and Southern Africa, the United States of America, and Europe. Juliana is pursuing an Executive MBA in Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT). She is highly skilled in the energy sector, business development, business strategy, and negotiation among other fields.
